Young Marines celebrating the VN

                                  Young Marines celebrating

                    the VNMC's 50th years Anniversary.

Ladies and gentlemen and to all COVAN (advisors).

          First off all, we would like to welcome you all and show our heartfelt gratitude for your presence tonight and for joining us in celebrating the VNMC’s 50th birthday party. We hope that you will enjoy the food and have a great and memorable time at this reunion.

Tonight, you have seen some new faces in familiar fatigues, which you have not see in 29 years. You have seen the Young Marines, the newest VNMC recruiters. We are too young to have been witness’ during the war, some of us were not even born yet, but we have learned about it particularly what the USMC and COVAN were doing in Vietnam. You were there to fight communism and to support our fathers and uncles for the same purpose, and we, the younger generation are grateful for what you have done for us and our motherland.

The Vietnam war ended in April 1975, but our fathers and uncles task has not yet ended. They may no longer fight in the battle field, but they still have to fight the battle for human rights and freedom in Vietnam, and we still need your help, especially us, the VNMC Young Marines. So many Marines laid down their lives for that purpose, their sacrafice has painted the colors of two Marines flags brighter, and we can not let those lives rest in vain. Your presence tonight is solid proof of the strong bond of brotherhood and close relationship between the two Marines Corps.

Ladies, gentlemen and Covan, now the VNMC Young Marines ask you to please guiding us with your knowledge and assisting us like you have done in the past for our fathers and uncles. The VNMC tradition of Country, Honor and Duty must continue to carry on under the Eagle, Globe and Anchor flag. Your powers, connections, encouragement and support would be a great asset to help the Young Marines to carry on in our forefathers footsteps. Last but not least, we are now more ready than ever to except the citizens responsibility to protect this country when needed.

Turn around
Jen: Young Marines, are you ready?

YM: Ready!!!

We, the Young Marine salute you. The few, the proud…the Marine. Everything you have done then, now and in the future will remain with us forever.

Long live USMC => Ooo..rah!
Long live VNMC => Ooo..rah!
Long live Marines => Ooo..rah- Ooo..rah-Ooo..rah!

Order to salute and march down
